Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your HATCH pieces throughout every stage of pregnancy and beyond. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid UPS shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached, include the packing slip, and securely seal the box with your prepaid label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
